United Labels AG: Supervisory Board resignations
Muenster, 13 April 2021. United Labels AG (ISIN: DE 0005489561, WKN: 548956) announces that the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Klein-Bölting, as well as the other members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Thorsten Luig and Mr. Heinz Speet, have today notified the Company that they will resign from their offices as members of the Supervisory Board with effect from the end of 14 June 2021, observing the statutory notice period of two months.
The Company intends to propose candidates for the replacement of the Supervisory Board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for the beginning of June 2021.
